DOWDEN, Julia Hardee - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Mrs. George Dowden died on Monday at 10 in the morning. The funeral services were held at Freedom, Wednesday morning with the Rev. SK Fuson officiating. Interment in Freedom Cemetery. Mrs. Dowden was born about 60 years ago (14 July 1851), near Yountsville. She leaves 6 children: Mrs. Lillie Kellar and Joseph Dowden of Grant Park, Ill; Mrs. Pearl Long of Montezuma and Bert, Walter and Josephine of Waveland. Mr. and Mrs. Dowden have been living on the N.B. Reynolds farm.
